General PolicyWe will gladly accept the return of physical products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
We will accept returns for unused, unworn, or unopened physical products. The return process must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
All sales for digital products are final, except in cases when the original digital file is corrupted.
If products are purchased in bulk, any number of the items can be returned if all other stipulations listed earlier are met. However, the number of items returned could cause the bulk rate to change. If this would happen, the final number of products purchased and retained by the customer would be used to determine which bulk rate should be applied prior to issuing any potential refund.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned products have been received, a refund or store credit will be issued. The only exception is if the return is due to a fulfillment issue. If this is the case, please contact us at [email protected] to receive instructions on how to return the product.
